An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a structured group treatment for substance abuse, mental health, or co-occurring disorders. The program is designed for participants to identify maladaptive thinking patterns and replace them with healthier coping mechanisms for recovery maintenance to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Program Expectations:
At least three days per week, onsite or virtual
Minimum of three hours per day
Evidence-based Therapeutic Modalities:
CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
DBT - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
